Crookedshore Thanks the National Trust Volunteers

Summer’s natural profusion allied to the warm, damp weather has meant that parts of the crookedshore have been almost impenetrable in recent weeks. Even Tobey would nose his way cautiously through the undergrowth, stopping frequently to look behind and ensure he hasn’t lost me.

So on Monday, Ade was grateful to the host of National Trust volunteers who were repairing the track and cutting back the weeds and grasses to make the journey more manageable. And she said as much to many of them as she passed by, even mentioning the blog and urging me to post a thanks.

So there you have it. Thanks for all the hard work
